The Ultimate Form of Automotive Recycling
Buying and selling engine cores is much more than just a scrap metal transaction, it is the foundation of automotive recycling.
When you sell a rebuildable core to us, you are keeping heavy metals, oils, and industrial waste out of local landfills. More importantly, remanufacturing an existing engine block or cylinder head saves up to 85% of the energy and raw materials required to cast a brand-new part. By supplying the remanufacturing industry, we work together to reduce carbon footprints, conserve natural resources, and give precision-engineered parts a second life on the road.
Who We Buy From
We purchase thousands of cores annually from a wide network of automotive professionals:
– Auto Wreckers & Salvage Yards: We buy volume. From LTL to Full Truckloads.
– Tow Companies: Turn your abandoned or wrecked vehicle engines into immediate cash.
– Dealerships & Independent Shops: Don’t let old cores take up valuable floor space.
– The General Public: Clearing space in your backyard or garage? Bring your engine cores directly to our Phoenix yard.
To ensure fair and transparent purchasing, all cores brought to our yard are subject to the following guidelines:
All cores are subject to inspection, and final grading is determined only after a thorough visual check.
Blocks and heads must have no holes or visible cracks; deductions will be made for damaged units.
To receive full long block value, the core must include complete cylinder heads, the rotating assembly, and internal valvetrain components.
For environmental safety, all engine cores should be reasonably drained of oil and coolant prior to drop-off. Engines full of fluids may be subject to a handling deduction.
